Larry Nath is a Senior Advisor at PJT Partners, a premier, global, advisory-focused investment bank, having previously served as a Partner from 2015-2023.  Before joining PJT, he was a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone from 2005 to 2015.  Prior to Blackstone, he was co-head of the Structured Products Groups at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Over the course of his career, which began at Citibank in 1988, he has advised large corporations on complex structured finance transactions across a broad range of industries.
 
Larry has remained engaged with the academic institutions he attended: having been on the MIT Sloan Americas Executive Board for 18 years and currently serving on the MIT Golub Center for Finance and Policy Advisory Board and the Cornell ILR School Dean’s Advisory Council. He received a BS from Cornell University in 1983 and a SM from MIT’s Sloan School of Management in 1988.
 
Larry has also demonstrated a commitment to civic life in his community, having served on the board of Volunteers of America, Greater New York for 10 years. His depth of investment banking experience along with his community-facing commitment, brings financial and strategic insight to the Aegis Trust Board.
